DEL ARROYO 4-H REFRESHMENT LIST 07-08
Each
family is to bring 3 dozen large cookies for the Community Club meeting they
are assigned to and are to stay to help with clean up. If you find you are unable to attend
the meeting that month, please call another member to either bring your
refreshments for you or trade months. Please mark your calendar for the
month you are responsible for refreshments - without your share of cookies,
there will not be enough for everyone! Clean up consists of putting the benches
away, wiping the refreshment table, sweeping the floor
and checking the rest rooms.
