American River 4-H Club currently has 11 active projects:

ALBUM MAKING -	All ages. Learn how to make a scrape book and make your own valuable keepsakes. FUN FOR ALL!

ARTS & CRAFTS -	A project that will be fun for all ages. Join us and learn some exciting new ideas and skills.

beginning 4-h -	Ages 5-10. For younger and/or new members. Hands-on activities and exploring some of the other 4-H projects and record keeping.

BBQ COOKING -	Ages 11 or older. Learn how to grill to perfection. We will be barbecuing each month, weather permitting. FIRE'S READY!

BICYCLE REPAIR -	Ages 9 or older. Learn how to repair bikes and safety test them. Then we donate the bikes to a worthy cause. You can do a good deed for those less fortunate in our community and learn some new skills in bike repair and safety.

CAKE DECORATING -	Ages 11 or older. Beginning skills. Learn to make decorated cakes LIKE A PRO! Limited to 5 members.

CERAMICS -	Summer project. Ages 12 or older. More information later in the club year.

COMMUNITY PRIDE -	All ages. Help your community become a better place. Earn community service hours for 4-H and school. Many oppertunities.

DOG OBEDIENCE -	Offered through Rancho Cordova club.

hORSES & PONIES -	Fourth Grade and up. All levels of experience are welcome.

LEADERSHIP & RECORD BOOKS -	Grades 6-12, Stay current on your paperwork, exchange ideas and learn about trips, retreats, conferences, and other opportunities.

RABBITS -	All ages, beginners welcome! Offered through Clover club. You don't have to own a rabbit, we will get you started and teach you about bunnies! JOIN THE FUN.

Other projects may be available through neighboring clubs.
