Sacramento County 4-H Council Cavy And Rabbit Fanciers

The Cavy and Rabbit Fanciers is a county project that is a chartered youth club of The American Rabbit Breeders Association.  The purpose of The Cavy and Rabbit Fanciers is to host cavy and rabbit shows for 4-H members and the general public and promote the fancy.  Any 4-H member/adult advisor in Sacramento County 4-H may be a member of the project.  Non-A.R.B.A. members must pay a fee of $1.00 to join (this is sent to A.R.B.A. according to their rules).

We are hosting our second cavy show, The Spring Extravaganza Cavy Show, in conjunction with The Golden State Cavy Breeders A.R.B.A. club, in Herald at the Herald Barn, 12746 Ivie, on Saturday, March 18, 2006.  **Please note that the entry due date is March 7, 2006.

We hope to host a youth all breed show some time in the future.
