Text Box: Mountain Empire 4-H serves the Eastern San Diego Mountain Empire area. This includes: Descanso, Guatay, Pine Valley, Campo, Lake Morena, Potrero, Boulevard, and Jacumba. Our general meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in Descanso.
