Description

More complex recipes with more emphasis on precision in timing, temperature, presentation.  We'll make 1 dish for 4 each time e.g. cakes, candy, spicy dishes etc. kids will often work independently, not always on the same recipe.  All participants should plan to enter something in any of the food exhibits areas  of the County Fair.
