Description
We will make all components of a meal -
making one dish for 4 each time (appetizer, soup, main course
item, salad, desserts etc.) . Different recipes from
last year, same format. Focus on making tasty food while learning
kitchen safety including food hygiene, safe food handling, using
sharp knives, heat etc. Will incorporate different aspects of science
in cooking. All participants should plan to enter something in any of
the food exhibits areas of the County Fair.
