Leadership Project

The youth will learn leadership skills.

Some of the topics to be covered are:

• What is a leader and how to communicate?

• Understanding yourself and how to get along with others.

• How to manage a group and make decisions.

• How to work with others.

• Different learning and teaching styles

Any age restrictions: 6th grade and above, must be a club officer, teen or junior leader.

Any costs or other requirements: No cost unless the group decides to do something that incurs a cost.

Meeting frequency and duration: 1st Friday of the month from 7-8:30 pm at leaders home.
