WRLF-scholarship request
Margo & Julisia presented the DV activity to the Council in a bid for a scholarship to WRLF 2004
Motion to grant $375 (125 to each Margo, Julisia, Deborah) Motion seconded and carried.

CAL Jan 23-25. Apps are due 20 Nov. to the CE office. Held at Walker Creek Ranch in Marin. "It takes a team to Tango"

Staff meeting for Leadership Overnight coming up next week at 7.
Beach cleanup as community service project. See the TT for details.

State Ambassador
Julisia -> SLC Aug 13-15 at UC Riverside. YLS/CTC the three days before.

TOP Secret conference (6TH/7TH graders, Dec. 6th)
Going for the Gold: next meeting 7 pm next Monday at Shelby's house.

State Leaders Council -> Mignone Pollard is giving training with curriculum attached.
State Web Site will be setting up surveys fairly regularly.
WRLF 2005, (Feb) in Sacramento. Help is needed to make the denim bags for the delegates. Youth will be hosted at the event with activities orchestrated by our own Vicky Bosworth and Margo Lang.

FMC report from Lonnie Toensfeldt. FMC lost only 130K this year. Board of Supervisors does not think that the Fair should be split south/north. Maybe have a petting zoo next year. May even keep the Food Booth if someone wants to lead it.

New Business
Camp Staff apps are available in the files sections of Yahoo group. Due back to Mark Teagle 15 Jan 2004.

SBC grant to the state for purchase of "Front Page" and a version of "Photoshop." In May or June, the State Computer Corps will be having training here in Santa Clara.

Clover dairies had a panel on their half gallon carton advertising 4-H.

County Horse Project at Calero Ranch. Joe Gonzales is making it available for free.

The Grange in Coyote is looking for partnership. They have a building that could be useful to our county efforts. John H is also interested for the Clover Foundation.

Homesteader's 4-H Club had a very successful Open House. Over 200 people came through the barn. 10 new signups happened.
