        This year the Santa Clara County 4-H Sewing Project's made neck coolers for soldiers in Iraq. They sent them to a organization called "Project Hugs". There mission is to put a "Hug" around the neck of every soldier in the Middle East. Below is a picture of the two Chairpersons of this community service project.
