This includes 4H officers, committee chairpersons, committee members held at the project, club, county, sectional or state level.  It also includes Junior and Teen Leaders, and 4-H members that serve as a judge for a 4-H activity or contest.  In addition, Leadership Development includes members who plan a 4-H group activity.  An activity is a planned piece of work actively designed, coordinated, or organization by 4-H members, usually on a one-time basis, which benefits other members, volunteers or community members.
