Each county representative should collect the entry forms from their participants, and submit them in one group. They are due by May 1, 2010.

The State Fashion Revue is May 29, 2010 at UC Davis.

PLEASE NOTE: There have been problems in the past where counties did not provide Fashion Revue judges in addition to their obligation for presentation, speaking, and share the fun judges.

1. In the future, if no county judges are present at Fashion Revue, the members from those counties WILL NOT be judged. One Judge is needed for every three Fashion Revue entries.
2. In the past several years, some entries have arrived from the individuals. This is NOT permissible! ALL entries MUST come through a County Coordinator, so the County knows that there is an obligation to fill.

Each county needs to submit the following to the Sectional Coordinator:

1. Master County Entry Submission Form
2. Complete entry packet for each contestant (see what each participant needs -- below)
3. One County Check for entry fees -- $2 per person

2. County Winner Entry Form
3. Appropriate Supplemental Form
4. Medical Treatment Form
5. Code of Conduct
