The Teen Involvement Conference, also known as TIC, is a three day event where youth from southern California meet to learn about the 4-H program, leadership, citizenship, life skills, and so much more. 4-H members attending this conference will be able to interect with other youth and adults from all 9 counties from the south section. This conference is a great stepping stone to a members success in their 4-H career, and is highly recommended. This conference is planned by the South Section Teen Council.
