4-H Record Book Forms

4-H Record Books allow 4-H members to reflect on their yearly work completed as well as maintain records of project and club work. 4-H members demonstrate growth and measure achievements across their years in 4-H.

In record-keeping, 4-H members develop the skills to maintain records of 4-H project, keep personal and business records, learn time management and organization skills; and develope goal setting skills.

Although 4-H Record Books are not required for our club members, the annual project report portion is required in order to show market animals at Ventura County Fair.
